Despite their uneasy truce, the Guild Masters begin to realize they've unleashed an evil they can't control in the demonic Animora. Moving against Giselle, Animora sends her ancient minions to test Giselle's mettle. The outcome pushes Darrow to finally choose where his loyalty will ultimately lie- with Giselle or Animora.
