The last battle between the Dekkies and the Quivering Thighs (Q.T.s) has left a lone Dekkie survivor- the main distributor of Cloud Seven himself, Thrym. Thanks to him, Kwell knows that the Q.T.s are women and has hired an assassin to hunt down their leader and eliminate her.

Increase and his friends have uncovered the dangers behind the new Cloud Seven. The question of who's responsible for the drug remains. Unfortunately, the answer puts him in the middle of a Dekkie and Q.T. free-for-all, and what he learns may cost him his friendship with Cassandra, or worse, it may even cost him his life.
