Our heroes, in groups of two or three, encounter gangs of villans who use music to force people to dance. Then the villains robbed them while onlookers and heroes alike can do nothing. Of course, our heroes defeat them every time. When the League plug their ears and band together to capture Maestro, the mastermind, he traps them instead. Maestro puts the League in bubbles and reveals to them that it wasnt the music making them dance but a ray he developed. Since they thought it was the music, the League never developed a counter, and he traps our heroes forever!
This turns out to be an imaginary story that a fan wrote to the League. The League then spends some panels trying to find the loophole that would alow them to win.
